Rental Notes

Value Season: Dec 10th - 16th and Jan 7th - 31st
Prime Season: Feb 1st- Feb 13th and Feb 24th - Apr 2nd
Holiday Season : Dec 17th - Jan 6th and Feb 13th - Feb 22nd
Early Ski Season: Nov 24th - Dec 9th
Spring Ski Season: Apr 3rd - Apr 17th
Summer Season: Apr 18th - Nov 23rd
Cleaning and Hot Tub fee ($360) will be assessed on all lets
Lets of 7 days or longer will receive 8% discount
12% lodging and resort tax must be added to lets of under 30 days
Minimum let is generally 5 days (and 9 days during Holiday Season)
If availability still exists weekends can be booked from the Tuesday preceding the weekend. Weekend rates are calculated at a 50% surcharge over the daily rate.
Lets of over 30 days subject to 15% discount

Booking Conditions

A 50% deposit of total rental is required to confirm a booking
Balance of rent is due no less than 45 days prior to occupancy date.

Cancellations

More than 4 months before occupancy date - Full refund.
Less than 4 months before occupancy date - 50% of booking deposit will be refunded in the event that the period can be re-let after a cancellation
No refund will be made if space booked cannot be re-let
